Boost Your Chances of Conception with Reflexology

Infertility affects one in three couples trying to conceive, so you are not alone if getting pregnant is taking longer than you might have expected.
Today’s lifestyle can have a huge influence on the body’s ability to conceive. Life is often fast paced, with working long hours or commitments outside of the home.

Simple steps to enable your bodies to be in the best place to get pregnant, you need to consider both partners general well-being.

Have you reviewed both partners’ habits? A good dietary intake is essential for production of hormones, regular menstruation cycle and sperm production. Supplements help support when the body needs higher levels of vitamins and minerals.

At the first session, as well as getting to know your medical history, Nikki will give advice regarding the menstrual cycle and ovulation. The Reflexology treatment will be similar to a traditional treatment but it also has the benefit of concentrating on stimulating the reflex points responsible for conception.
