Alexander Technique

             

I came to the Alexander Technique whilst working in a very busy GP practice in 1989.

The work was always interesting, but overwhelming too.

I had a problem with pain in my shoulder and the Technique helped with that, but more than anything, I think it has given me the tools to look after myself better into old age.

I am a member of the Society of Teachers of the Alexander Technique, having completed the three year training course at NETCAT in Leeds.
