The Alexander Technique aims to enhance physical, mental and emotional wellbeing, using gentle hands-on and verbal guidance.

Working with balance, breathing and coordination we aim to promote ease in everyday activities.

The Technique is possibly best known as a means of reducing pain or stress, but can be equally powerful as a preventative tool, addressing postural habit patterns and alignment.

You will learn a set of skills to move more freely, perform better, feel better and hopefully respond to the demands of everyday life with relative ease and resilience.

Sessions are conducted fully clothed. Please wear clothing that you can move in comfortably.

Sessions cost £40 for 45 minutes.
