    Sports Massage

    I first discovered how amazing sports massage can be when I had some treatments for a knee injury. I felt so much better, that I decided to train in it myself, with Sports Therapy UK.

    That was over 20 years ago, and I have been running my own sports and remedial massage therapy practice ever since - firstly in London, where I still see clients regularly, and now, I’m delighted to say, also in Skipton here at Craven Clinic.

    Sports massage is not just for sports people, and reasons for treatment have included anything from….

    • niggles from overdoing it at the gym
    • tight neck and shoulders from sitting at a computer for hours
    • backache from too much gardening

    …as well as helping to prepare sports people for training and events, and with their recovery afterwards. .

    For the past two years I have worked with London Spirit women’s and men’s cricket teams in the Hundred tournament, and with Sunrisers (now Essex women’s cricket team).

    I am fully insured and a member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT).

    Whatever the soft tissue problem and however it was caused, sports massage can help.

    • 90 minutes £85
